1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Services

Sinead Soul provides online coaching, hypnotherapy informed and holistic wellbeing support for personal development, emotional wellbeing, mindset, habits, self worth, subconscious patterns and manifestation. Services may include coaching conversation, reflective exercises, EFT informed regulation tools, NLP informed reframing, guided relaxation, visualisation and hypnotherapy informed subconscious work. All sessions are held via Zoom unless agreed otherwise

1.2 Scope of Practice

Sinead Soul does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric support, diagnosis, crisis support or treatment for mental health conditions. I do not diagnose, treat or cure illness, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, depression, anxiety disorders or any other medical or psychological condition. If I believe your needs are outside my scope, I may pause, decline or end the work and recommend that you contact a GP, therapist, crisis service or suitably qualified healthcare professional

1.3 Breakthrough Clarity Session

A 45 minute Breakthrough Clarity Session is available for a limited time session price of £47. The session is designed to explore what feels stuck, discuss your goals, and consider whether a session or programme may be suitable for you. No hypnotherapy or therapeutic intervention is provided during the Breakthrough Clarity Session. If you and Sinead agree that the Signature Programme is an appropriate next step and you choose to continue, the £47 Clarity Session fee will be fully deducted from the package investment

1.4 Booking & Payment

Payment may be made by Stripe and, where offered, by bank transfer. Where a deposit or balance payment is required, the amount and deadline will be confirmed before booking. Sessions or programmes not paid in full by the required time may be postponed or cancelled. Prices and inclusions will be confirmed before purchase

1.5 Programmes & Support Periods

The 3-Session Programme and 6 session Signature Programme are purchased upfront unless a payment plan is agreed in writing. The package timeframe, session allowance, Voxer or message support and any bonuses are valid only within the period stated at purchase unless extended at Sinead Soul's discretion. Support between sessions is for integration, reflection, accountability and guidance only; it is not emergency or crisis support. The Integration Call is included only in the Signature Programme

1.6 Cancellation & Rescheduling

More than 24 hours' notice: you may reschedule your session without charge, subject to availability
Less than 24 hours' notice or no show: the session may be charged in full or forfeited
Packages: once a package has started, payments are non refundable except where otherwise stated in writing by Sinead Soul or where you have a legal right to a refund or other remedy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights. Please only book a time you can keep

1.7 Online Cancellation Rights

If you purchase services online, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 may give you a 14 day cancellation period beginning the day after the service contract is entered into. If you expressly ask for services to begin during that period and then cancel, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied. If a service is fully performed during the cancellation period after your express request and acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost on full performance, that right may end. Any specific cancellation information will be provided at or before booking

1.8 Contact Between Sessions

Where between session support is included, responses are provided during reasonable working hours and are not guaranteed immediately. Messaging support is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, crisis support or emergency services

1.9 Attending Sessions

Please be available at the agreed session start time in a private, safe and quiet space. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may not be possible and the full session time cannot be guaranteed

1.10 Recordings & Audios

Recordings and audios provided are for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, sold, uploaded or distributed. Do not listen to recordings or audios while driving, operating machinery, caring for dependants, or doing anything requiring full attention

You agree to treat Sinead Soul with respect and not behave in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory or harmful way. You agree not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Breaches may result in immediate session termination and refusal of future services without refund

Services are available to clients aged 18 and over only

1.14 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

1.15 Statutory Consumer Rights

Where UK consumer law applies, services will be provided with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the information agreed with you at the time of purchase.
